Family members play a critical role in supporting loved ones with substance use and mental health challenges, yet they often feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of how to help. This session provides a roadmap for implementing effective, compassionate family support services within organizations and community settings. Participants will explore evidence-informed practices, including the CRAFT approach, and gain practical strategies for designing, launching, and sustaining family support programs that are accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive.
